2. Digital Goods & Instant Delivery

  • Product Nature: All products sold on this platform (including but not limited to digital habit trackers, task dashboards, fitness planners, financial spreadsheets, templates, and instructional digital assets) are strictly non-tangible digital goods. No physical parcel, storage medium, or package will be shipped to your physical address.

  • Delivery Mode: Upon successful payment authentication and gateway confirmation, your digital products are delivered instantly via an on-screen order confirmation dashboard and an automated email containing a secure download access link.

  • Access & Backup: It is the user's sole responsibility to download and securely store or back up their digital files upon receipt.

3. Pricing, GST & Purchases

  • Tax Applicability: All prices listed on our platform are subject to applicable Indian digital goods and services tax regulations. GST will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your billing location and applicable statutory rates.

  • B2B Input Tax Credit (ITC): If your registered business requires a tax invoice featuring your legal entity’s GSTIN for Input Tax Credit purposes, you must provide your verified business name and valid GSTIN in the designated checkout fields prior to completing the transaction. We cannot alter, reissue, or backdate finalized and filed tax invoices.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are governed strictly by our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review our policy prior to purchase.

5. Single-User Intellectual Property License

  • Permitted Use: Purchasing a digital product from our store grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to access and use the files.

  • Prohibited Abuse: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, leasing, modifying for resale, sharing via public cloud/drive links, or white-labeling our proprietary digital systems, tracking dashboards, and associated documentation.

6. Payment Processing & Data Security

All payments are routed and processed securely through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators and gateways. We do not store, view, or log your confidential banking credentials, UPI PINs, CVV codes, or full credit/debit card numbers.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal claims, actions, or disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this Site or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
